Multisite
On a multisite network, each site has its own SiteDocs screen under Tools → SiteDocs, with its own settings, documentation, read status and license keys. Generate the documentation separately on each site.
No setting is needed - separate documentation per site is how SiteDocs always works on a network.
There is no network admin screen, and documentation can't be generated for all sites at once.
