Returns Assistance
When Enable Returns is on, ShopChat answers return and refund policy questions.
Handled Query Types
- "What is your return policy?"
- "Can I return [product name]?"
- "How long do I have to return an order?"
- "How do I start a return?"
- "What is your refund process?"
ShopChat uses the Return Window (days) setting and knowledge base articles to answer policy questions. For "start a return" queries, it guides the customer to the My Account → Returns page (or the ReturnDesk portal if installed).
