Locked Users

Locked users can't be switched into by anyone, whatever their role or grants.

Go to SwitchUser → Advanced → Advanced Security → Lock Specific User IDs and enter the user IDs, separated by commas.

Behaviour for Locked Users

Locked users:

• don't show a Switch To link or order-screen switch box, and their profile shows "This account is locked and cannot be switched into."
• don't appear in switch search results
• can't be switched into by any method
