Email Settings
Configure global email preferences applied to all ReturnDesk email templates. Navigate to WooCommerce → ReturnDesk → Settings → Email Settings.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| From Name | Sender name shown in the email client |
| From Email | Sender address (defaults to WooCommerce store email) |
| Reply-To | Optional reply-to address |
These settings apply to all ReturnDesk notification emails. Individual template subject lines and body content are configured on each template. See Email Templates for details.
