Email Templates
Go to WooCommerce → ReturnDesk → Advanced → Email Notifications and pick a template under Email Type to edit and preview it. Emails are wrapped in your WooCommerce email header and footer.
Available Templates
ReturnDesk Pro has separate templates for returns and exchanges:

Each template has Enable, Email Subject, Email Heading, Email Content, Items Title and Additional Content fields. The same three switches as the free plugin control sending: admin new-request emails, customer new-request emails, and customer status-change emails.
Store credit approvals also send a separate "Your store credit is ready" email containing the coupon code - see Refunds.

Preview and Test
The editor shows a live preview with sample data. Under Send a test email, enter an address to receive the selected template.
ReturnDesk Pro sends mail with wp_mail. Use an SMTP plugin if emails aren't arriving.
