WindCodex SwitchUser Pro
Overview
SwitchUser Pro includes everything in the free SwitchUser plugin and adds accountability and control for support teams and agencies:
- Audit log - every switch, every page visited while switched, and WooCommerce add-to-cart and order events, with IP and user agent. Filter and export as CSV or JSON.
- Front-end bar - a "Viewing as" bar at the top of the site while you're switched, with optional user search.
- Floating Switch Back button - always one click from your own account.
- Access restrictions - per-user actor/target lists, locked users, an IP allowlist and a scheduled switching window.
- Idle timeout - automatic switch-back after inactivity.
- Notifications - an email for each switch and a weekly digest.
- Admin redirect - choose where you land after switching.
SwitchUser Pro deactivates the free plugin when you activate it. Both use the same settings, so your configuration carries over. The free plugin doesn't need to be installed.
