Upsells & Cross-Sells
When Upsells & Cross-sells is on (the default), ShopChat can suggest other products while chatting on a product page.
Where Suggestions Come From

Set upsells and cross-sells on your key products so ShopChat has the best suggestions to offer. Suggestions appear as product cards with name, price, image and an Add to Cart or View Product link, and are counted as Add-to-Cart Suggestions on the ROI Dashboard.
