Installation
After Activation
ReturnDesk creates its database table and adds a Returns tab to My Account automatically.
Open ReturnDesk settings
Go to WooCommerce → ReturnDesk. Settings are split into General, Advanced and Requests tabs.
Configure your return rules
On the General tab, set the return window, allowed order statuses, sale-item policy, return reasons and your return address.
Check the customer side
Open a completed order under My Account → Orders → View to see the return request form, and check the Returns tab in My Account.
Optional: guest Return Center
Place the [returndesk_portal] shortcode on a page so guests can find their order and request a return. See Shortcode.
💡
If the Returns tab shows a "page not found" error, flush rewrite rules by visiting Settings → Permalinks and clicking Save Changes.
