Installation
After Activation
ReturnDesk creates its database table and registers the My Account endpoint automatically.
Navigate to ReturnDesk settings
Go to WooCommerce → ReturnDesk → Settings in your WordPress dashboard.
Configure eligibility rules
Set your return window, allowed order statuses, and any product/category exclusions.
Verify the Returns tab
Check that the My Account page has a working Returns tab. The endpoint is added automatically - no menu configuration is required.
Optional: standalone portal
Optionally, place the [returndesk_portal] shortcode on a custom page if you prefer a standalone returns portal outside of My Account.

If the Returns tab does not appear in My Account, flush rewrite rules by visiting Settings → Permalinks and clicking Save Changes.
