Settings Overview
Navigate to WooCommerce → ReturnDesk → Settings to configure all global options.
| Setting Group | Description |
|---|---|
| Return Eligibility | Controls who can submit returns, the return window, allowed statuses, and sale product policy |
| Return Reasons | The list of reasons customers can select when submitting a request |
| Store Address | Business address used on return labels and in email templates |
| Email Settings | Sender name, address, and reply-to for all ReturnDesk email notifications |
