Admin Dashboard


Request List

Navigate to WooCommerce → ReturnDesk → Requests for a tabular view of all return requests.

ColumnDescription
Request IDUnique request identifier
OrderLinked WooCommerce order number
CustomerCustomer name and email
ItemsNumber of distinct items requested
StatusCurrent status with colour indicator
SubmittedDate/time of submission
ActionsView / Quick-approve / Quick-reject / Delete

The list supports filtering by status and searching by order number or customer name.


Request Detail

Click View on any request to open the full detail panel:

  • Order details and link to the WooCommerce order
  • Requested items with quantities
  • Selected reason and customer notes
  • Status history with timestamps
  • Email log showing which notifications were sent

Status Management

In the request detail view, select a new status from the Update Status dropdown and click Update. ReturnDesk automatically sends the corresponding email template to the customer.

You can also bulk-update status from the request list by selecting multiple rows and using the Bulk Actions dropdown.
