Request List
Navigate to WooCommerce → ReturnDesk → Requests for a tabular view of all return requests.

| Request ID | Unique request identifier |
| Order | Linked WooCommerce order number |
| Customer | Customer name and email |
| Items | Number of distinct items requested |
| Status | Current status with colour indicator |
| Submitted | Date/time of submission |
| Actions | View / Quick-approve / Quick-reject / Delete |
The list supports filtering by status and searching by order number or customer name.
Request Detail
Click View on any request to open the full detail panel:
- Order details and link to the WooCommerce order
- Requested items with quantities
- Selected reason and customer notes
- Status history with timestamps
- Email log showing which notifications were sent
Status Management
In the request detail view, select a new status from the Update Status dropdown and click Update. ReturnDesk automatically sends the corresponding email template to the customer.
You can also bulk-update status from the request list by selecting multiple rows and using the Bulk Actions dropdown.
