Troubleshooting

The AI Platform Cannot Connect

Check the Connector URL

Use https://your-site.com/wp-json/windcodex-ops/v1/mcp with your public HTTPS address.

Test the REST API

Open https://your-site.com/wp-json/ in a private window. If it errors, a security plugin or firewall is blocking it.

Allow /.well-known/

OAuth discovery uses /.well-known/oauth-authorization-server/wcops and /.well-known/oauth-protected-resource/wcops.

Refresh permalinks

Settings → Permalinks → Save Changes.

Use the static client

Paste the Client ID and Secret from the Connection tab into the platform's Advanced/OAuth settings.

WooCommerce Tools Are Missing

The WooCommerce groups appear only while WooCommerce is active. Confirm it is active, then check that the WooCommerce toggle is on under Tools.

A Tool Is Missing

Confirm its group is on under Tools, then reconnect the AI platform to refresh its cached tool list.

Form Entries Are Empty

Submissions are captured only after Ops Pro is active. Entries submitted before activation are not available. Confirm the form plugin is active.

HubSpot Sync Fails

Check that a valid Private App token is saved under General, and that it has permission to write contacts.

Updating a Plugin Broke the Site

Ask the AI to run wp_list_update_backups and wp_rollback_update, or restore that plugin folder manually. See Security & Backup.

Both Ops and Ops Pro Show as Installed

Only one can be active. If both appear, deactivate one from Plugins.

License Problems

See License. An inactive or expired license never disables tools, only updates.

Still stuck? Contact support through your WindCodex account (opens in a new tab).
