Overview

SiteDocs generates plain-English documentation for a WordPress site - the kind of handover manual an agency gives a client. It scans your custom post types, ACF field groups, settings screens, WooCommerce setup, theme branding, server environment and third-party integrations, then uses AI to write a short, non-technical guide for each one.

Everything lives under Tools → SiteDocs.

SiteDocs does not change your site's content or configuration. It reads site data and writes documentation only.

Admin Tabs

Tab	What it does
Settings	AI connector, agency branding, client engagement, translation and module options
Documentation	Generate, edit, translate, export and mark the documentation as read
Handover Tools	Integration map, server environment snapshot, brand style guide preview, plugin dependency tree
License Keys	A private store for the site's premium plugin and theme license keys
Changelog	Event history plus the differences from the last regeneration
AI Chat	Ask questions answered from the generated documentation
Status	Overview of every SiteDocs feature and whether it is enabled or configured
My License	Activate your SiteDocs license for updates

The SiteDocs screens under Tools are for administrators. Clients read the documentation on the read-only Site Guide (Dashboard → Site Guide) - you choose which roles can open it.
