Dashboard Widget
When Dashboard Quick Links Widget is on (Settings → Client Engagement, on by default), a Site Guide – Quick Links widget appears on the WordPress dashboard once documentation has been generated - for administrators and the roles chosen under Who Can View the Site Guide.
The widget shows:
- Links to the first six documentation sections
- Last updated date of the documentation
- A View Full Documentation button
- An Ask a question… link to AI Chat
The links open the read-only Site Guide, so clients can follow them too.
If the widget is hidden, check Screen Options at the top of the dashboard.
