FAQ
What is the difference between Ops and Ops Pro?
Ops is free and covers content, media, SEO, site structure, and site health. Pro is a separate standalone plugin with everything in Ops plus WooCommerce, users, custom fields, page builders, security and backup, and advanced admin: 246 tools in 12 groups.
Do I need to install both?
No. Pro replaces Ops. Activating one deactivates the other, and settings carry over.
Does the license gate any features?
No. A license only controls automatic updates and support. Every one of the 246 tools works with or without an active license.
Can the AI run arbitrary code or SQL?
No. Ops Pro has no code-execution capability. For PHP, WP-CLI, or raw SQL, see Forge Pro, meant for staging sites.
Does it work with WooCommerce HPOS?
Yes. It works with both legacy and HPOS order storage.
Which page builders are supported?
Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder, WPBakery, Bricks (and Bricksforge), and Breakdance have dedicated tools. Kadence Blocks, GenerateBlocks, Divi 5, and Etch use standard Gutenberg blocks and are covered by the content-block tools.
Can I sync form submissions or leads to a CRM?
Yes. Submissions from Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, and Ninja Forms are captured automatically, and HubSpot sync is built in. Add your HubSpot Private App token under General.
Is the backup a real backup?
It is a real zip backup of the plugin or theme folder being updated, taken automatically before an AI-run update, with one-click rollback. It is not a full-site or database backup. See Security & Backup.
Can I compare staging against production?
Yes. wp_compare_with_staging compares against another Ops Pro install using a shared key. It reports differences only and moves no data. See Settings.
Can I undo a change the AI made?
Yes, for nearly every write tool, within a 72, 96, or 168 hour window. There are a few limitations for taxonomy terms, links, menu items, and ACF repeater rows. See Undo & Activity Log.
Can I turn off Commerce or Security?
Yes. Each of the 12 groups can be switched off independently under Tools.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
By default everything stays in place. Turn on Delete all data on uninstall under General → Data & Privacy first for a full cleanup.
