Quick Start

Set the return window

Go to WooCommerce → ReturnDesk → Settings → Return Window (days) and enter the number of days after order completion during which customers can submit returns.

Choose allowed order statuses

Select which order statuses qualify for returns. The default is Completed and Processing.

Customise return reasons

Add or edit the reasons customers can select when submitting a return request.

Configure email notifications

Verify sender details and customise the email templates for each notification type.

Test the flow

Place a test order, complete it, and visit My Account → Returns to submit a test request and confirm emails are delivered.
