Proactive Nudges
Proactive nudges open the chat widget without the customer clicking it.
Go to WooCommerce → ShopChat → Settings → Proactive Nudges.

| Exit-Intent Nudge | Off | Open the chat when the mouse moves towards the top of the browser, as if leaving |
| Idle Nudge (seconds) | 0 | Open the chat after this many seconds without activity. 0 turns it off |
⚠️
Aggressive nudges can annoy customers. An idle nudge of 60 seconds or more works better than a short one.
