ShopChat

Overview

ShopChat adds an AI chat assistant to your WooCommerce product pages (and optionally cart and checkout). Customers ask questions in plain language - about products, orders, shipping and returns - and the AI answers using your live product data and a knowledge base built from your own pages, so prices and stock are always current.

ShopChat requires WooCommerce and uses the AI connectors built into WordPress 7.0 - connect OpenAI, Anthropic or Google Gemini under Settings → Connectors.
