Installation
From the WordPress Dashboard
Open Add New
Go to Plugins → Add New.
Search
Search for Windcodex Forge.
Install and activate
Click Install Now, then Activate.
Manual Installation
Download the ZIP, upload the windcodex-forge folder to /wp-content/plugins/ (or use Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin), and activate it.
What Happens on Activation
- Default settings are saved (all tools on).
- A guided onboarding wizard is shown on first run.
- OAuth discovery rewrite rules are registered and flushed.
- The settings page appears at Settings → Windcodex Forge.
After Activation
Open the settings page
Go to Settings → Windcodex Forge.
Copy the Connector URL
On the Connection tab, copy the Connector URL.
Add it to your AI platform
Add it as a custom connector. See Connecting an AI Platform.
⚠️
Forge and Forge Pro are mutually exclusive. Activating one automatically deactivates the other. Settings carry over.
