If the switch link includes a redirect_to parameter, non-admin switchers are sent there instead - unless it's an admin page the target user can't access.
After Switching Back
You return to the WordPress dashboard.
After Switching Off
You're logged out and taken to the login page, which offers Switch back now. See Switching Back.
