Go to Tools → SiteDocs → Changelog.
Last Regeneration Changes
After a regeneration, the tab shows the differences between the previous and current documentation. Each section is marked added, changed or removed, with a short before/after snippet.
Event History
Every SiteDocs event is stored in the {prefix}sitedocs_changelog table and listed 20 per page:
