Add your AI API key

Go to WooCommerce → ShopChat → Settings → AI Configuration and enter your API key.

Configure brand voice

Set a tone that matches your store (e.g., "friendly and professional").

Run Knowledge Base Sync

Go to WooCommerce → ShopChat → Knowledge Base and click Sync Now.

Enable the widget

Go to WooCommerce → ShopChat → Settings → General and set Enabled to Yes.

Visit your shop

The chat widget appears in the bottom-right corner of your store.

Test a product question

Ask "Do you have waterproof hiking boots under $100?" to verify catalog reading is working.

Check ROI

After some sales, review WooCommerce → ShopChat → Analytics for influenced revenue data.
