COD Policy
When customers pay via Cash on Delivery (COD), returning money requires a different process from digital payment reversals.
Navigate to WooCommerce → ReturnDesk → Returns → COD Policy to configure.
Settings

| COD Return Message | Custom message shown to customers who paid COD when their return is approved |
| COD Return Instructions | Instructions for how the refund will be processed (e.g., bank transfer, store visit) |
How It Works
The COD return message replaces the standard approval email body for COD orders and uses the same token system.
This allows you to communicate bank account details, a store address, or any other instructions specific to cash refunds without modifying the global approval email template.
