Return Eligibility
Navigate to WooCommerce → ReturnDesk → Settings to configure return eligibility.

| Allowed Order Statuses | Completed, Processing | Only orders in these statuses are eligible for returns |
| Allow Sale Products | Yes | Whether products purchased on sale are eligible for returns |

The return window is calculated from the order completion date (when status became completed), not the order date. For processing status, the window starts from the order date.
