Widget Appearance
Go to WooCommerce → ShopChat → Settings → Widget Appearance.

| Show on Cart Page | Off | Also show the widget on the cart page (it always shows on single product pages) |

The widget is hidden on checkout by default to avoid distracting customers while they pay.
To change the widget's styling further, override its CSS in your theme - the root element is #shopchat-widget.
