AI Configuration
Navigate to WooCommerce → ShopChat → Settings → AI Configuration.
| Setting | Description |

| AI Provider | Select: OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), or Google Gemini |
| API Key | Your provider API key |
| Brand Voice | Personality instruction for the AI (e.g., "friendly and professional", "casual and helpful") |
| Category Scope | Limit the AI to products in specific WooCommerce categories; leave blank for full catalog |
