AI Configuration

Navigate to WooCommerce → ShopChat → Settings → AI Configuration.

AI ProviderSelect: OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), or Google Gemini
API KeyYour provider API key
Brand VoicePersonality instruction for the AI (e.g., "friendly and professional", "casual and helpful")
Category ScopeLimit the AI to products in specific WooCommerce categories; leave blank for full catalog
