General & AI Connector
Go to WooCommerce → ShopChat → Settings → General.

Connecting an AI Provider
ShopChat uses the AI connectors built into WordPress 7.0. You don't enter an API key in ShopChat:
- Go to Settings → Connectors and connect OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude) or Google Gemini with your own API key.
- Back in ShopChat, choose that provider under Select Connector.
You pay your AI provider directly for usage. The same connector can be used by other plugins, such as WindCodex SiteDocs.
