Tool Groups

Ops Pro ships 246 tools in 12 groups. Toggle each group on Settings → Windcodex Ops Pro → Tools. All are on by default. The risk badge (low, medium, or high) is informational, not a gate.

The first five groups are the same as in the free plugin: see Ops Tool Groups. Combined they account for about 100 tools.

Users and Engagement

Comments, user accounts, login security, forms, and CRM sync.

  • Comments - wp_list_comments, wp_moderate_comment, wp_bulk_moderate_comments, wp_create_comment, wp_delete_comment (moves to trash so it stays undoable)
  • Users - wp_list_users, wp_create_user, wp_update_user, wp_change_user_role, wp_reset_user_password, wp_delete_user, wp_list_user_roles
  • Forms - wp_list_form_entries, wp_get_form_entry. Submissions are captured automatically from Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, and Ninja Forms, whichever is active
  • CRM - wp_sync_contact_to_hubspot (needs a HubSpot Private App token in General)

Custom Fields

Native ACF and Pods support, including repeaters, plus generic post, term, and user meta that works for Meta Box, JetEngine, and similar plugins.

  • wp_get_custom_fields, wp_update_custom_field, wp_delete_custom_field, wp_bulk_update_custom_field
  • wp_get_acf_field, wp_add_acf_repeater_row, wp_update_acf_repeater_row, wp_delete_acf_repeater_row
  • wp_get_pods_field, wp_set_pods_field
  • wp_get_term_meta, wp_update_term_meta, wp_get_user_meta, wp_update_user_meta

Memory

wp_remember, wp_list_memories, and wp_forget save a fact or preference site-wide so a future, separate conversation can recall it. Memory is plaintext (not a secrets vault) and capped at 200 entries per site.

Page Builders

wp_get_page_builder and wp_list_pages_by_builder tell the AI which builder a page uses.

Kadence Blocks, GenerateBlocks, Divi 5, and Etch store content as standard Gutenberg blocks, so the regular content-block tools cover them without dedicated tooling.

Advanced Admin

  • Updates - wp_check_plugin_updates, wp_update_plugin, wp_check_theme_updates, wp_update_theme, with a zip backup and wp_rollback_update
  • Maintenance - wp_run_safe_command (a fixed allow-list of maintenance actions, not a shell), wp_clear_cache, wp_check_caching_plugin
  • Links Manager - wp_list_links, wp_create_link, wp_update_link, wp_delete_link
  • Staging - wp_compare_with_staging compares plugin versions, theme, WordPress version, and content counts against another Ops Pro site (see Settings)
  • Licenses and costs - wp_list_license_keys, wp_add_license_key, wp_track_subscription_cost

Still No Code Execution

Even with all 12 groups enabled, Ops Pro has no PHP execution, raw SQL, or shell access. For those, use Forge Pro on a staging site.
