Overview

ReturnDesk Pro builds on the free ReturnDesk plugin to add a complete exchange workflow, automatic approval logic, refund automation options, WhatsApp notifications, exclusion rules, and auto-close for stale requests.

ReturnDesk Pro deactivates the free ReturnDesk plugin on activation and imports all existing settings. The free plugin files must remain in the plugins directory.
