Overview

ReturnDesk Pro includes everything in the free ReturnDesk plugin and adds exchanges, auto-approval, store credit refunds, partial returns and exchanges, excluded products and categories, a COD return policy, a WhatsApp support number for customers, and auto-close for stale requests.

ReturnDesk Pro deactivates the free ReturnDesk plugin when you activate it. Both use the same settings and requests, so everything carries over. The free plugin doesn't need to be installed.
