Installation

Open the plugin installer

In your WordPress dashboard go to Plugins → Add New.

Search for the plugin

Type WindCodex SwitchGuard in the search box.

Install and activate

Click Install Now next to the plugin, then click Activate.

After Activation

Open SwitchGuard settings

Go to SwitchGuard in your WordPress admin menu.

Enable user switching

Toggle Enable User Switching to Yes and save.

Perform your first switch

Visit Users → All Users and click the Switch to link under any non-admin user.

The default state of Enable User Switching is No - you must explicitly enable it after installation. This prevents accidental switching exposure before the feature is intentionally deployed.
