What this site is

docs.windcodex.com serves pre-built, static documentation pages for WindCodex's WordPress and WooCommerce plugins. There is no account system, no comment system, and no forms that submit data from this site to WindCodex - every page is read-only documentation.

What we collect

This site does not run advertising trackers, and it does not set first-party cookies for analytics or marketing purposes. Like any web server, the hosting infrastructure that serves this site keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested URL, user agent, and timestamp) for security and reliability purposes - for example, to detect abusive traffic. These logs are not used to build user profiles and are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Links to other sites

This documentation links out to windcodex.com (for pricing, downloads, and support), to WordPress.org (for free plugin listings and support forums), and to GitHub. Those destinations have their own privacy practices and policies, which we don't control. Following an outbound link is subject to that destination's policy, not this one.

Content for AI agents and crawlers

This site publishes machine-readable files - llms.txt, sitemap.xml, and openapi.json - specifically so that search engines and AI agents can index and reference this documentation. Fetching those files does not require an account and does not submit any personal data.
